Galaya reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Galaya after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Use of Services

  • You must access Galaya through the Pi Browser and be authenticated via the Pi Network SDK to use our services.
  • You agree to use Galaya only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Pi Network account.
  • Transactions on Galaya can only be made using Pi cryptocurrency through authorized payment flows.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and related intellectual property displayed on Galaya are owned by Galaya or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any materials without prior written permission from Galaya.

5. Transactions and Payments

All purchases made on Galaya must be paid using Pi via the Pi Network payment system. You must be logged in through Pi Network to complete any transactions.

By confirming a payment, you authorize Galaya to process your transaction using the Pi payment system as per Pi Network's security protocols.

6. Refund Policy

All transactions are final. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there has been an error or issue with your transaction, please contact our support team at nmaryani553@gmail.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

Galaya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our platform. Galaya is also not responsible for issues arising from the Pi Network or Pi Browser platform functionality.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia.
